Agility is my arena, but connection is my calling. I help handlers and high performers quiet the noise, trust their instincts, and lead with clarity – on the course and in life.
Yes, I’m a 3X world agility champion and coach. But agility is just the arena where I teach a much bigger skill: the ability to regulate your energy, read a partner, and trust yourself again.
Whether I’m coaching dog handlers, leaders, or high performers in business and life, the work is the same – it’s about presence, mindset, and the deep intelligence of connection.
Because the way you handle pressure on the field is the way you handle it everywhere else.
And when you learn to shift from control to connection, everything changes.
My path started in the most unexpected way – a free dog food contest in college. I missed the audition but got hooked on agility.
30 year and three world championships later, agility has become the perfect metaphor for success: balance, timing, trust, and letting go when it matters most.
But my background is more than just dogs. I’m a Cornell-trained mechanical engineer turned performance coach – someone who blends logic and neuroscience with intuition and play.
I’ve studied with Tony Robbins for over a decade, served as a Senior Leadership Trainer, and am certified in High Performance Coaching and Flow Science.
That means I coach both the mind and the moment – the psychology that shapes your choices and the physiology that determines your performance.
Whether we’re working on your next run or your next chapter, my process is the same: science meets soul and strategy meets self-trust.
I use evidence-based tools from neuroscience, physiology, and leadership psychology to help people master the same thing elite athletes do — performance under pressure.
My programs and private coaching combine:
Mindset mastery: Regulate your nervous system, calm your inner critic, and rewire patterns that keep you stuck.
Connection training: Strengthen the link between intuition and execution — with your dog, your team, or yourself.
Peak performance frameworks: Tools to get out of your head and into flow, where instinct and skill work as one.
Connection. Resilience. Championship composure.
I’ve overcome a car crash, a health collapse, and even competed through seizures — and still anchored a gold medal for Team USA. My clients see that and realize: if I can do that, they can do
this.
I’ve helped handlers like Stefanie Rainer and Estelle Robinson reach the World Team — and guided countless others to their own breakthroughs, in and out of the ring.
But my proudest moments aren’t medals. They’re the quiet ones — when belief replaces doubt, shoulders drop, and someone finally breathes again.
That’s when transformation happens.
Before every run, I ground myself with three words:
Calm. Focused. Connected.
My personal mantra is simple:
I can. I will. I must. It’s done.
I believe life happens for us, not to us — and that every challenge is a chance to choose presence over panic, faith over fear.
That’s the heart of my work: helping people lead themselves first, so they can lead others better — dogs included.

Because the Confident Handler Accelerator isn’t just theory. It’s a proven champion’s process, rooted in the A.G.I.L.E. Method – a framework designed to help you assess the moment, ground yourself, trust your inner game, lock in connection, and embody your edge.
