After decades competing and coaching at the world-championship level in agility, I know a thing or two about performing under pressure.

My work blends elite agility experience, neuroscience-based performance training, and high-level mindset coaching to help handler, athletes, and leaders find their flow when the stakes are highest.

As a Certified High Performance Coach (CHPC) and Certified Flow Performance Coach, I bring science-backed strategies to every session – combining focus, physiology, and emotional intelligence to build real-world results. I'm also a Senior Leadership Trainer for Tony Robbins, helping people across the globe master their energy, mindset, and performance.
